Back to school time is coming quickly. If you have school forms for us to complete, be sure to get them turned in to us before August 1st. Any forms turned in before August 1st will be completed free of charge.
After August 1st, there will be a $15 fee to complete the forms.

Our upcoming schedule for the Independence Day holiday:

Monday 07/03/2023- ONLY our Winston Salem office will be open(8am-2pm).
Kernersville and North Wilkesboro will be closed this day.

Tuesday 07/04/2023- All offices will be closed.

Our offices will be closed on Monday, May 29th.
We will resume regular schedule the following day.

An alert for our North Wilkesboro allergy injection patients: On Monday, 10/31/22, our allergy injection clinic will open at 8AM and close at 4PM. This schedule will only be for Monday, 10/31/22 in our North Wilkesboro location.

Just a reminder that our offices will be closed on Monday, 09/05/22, in observance of Labor Day.

Today is National Nonprofit Day! 🌟Celebrate with us as we recognize the goals and positive impact that nonprofits have on communities and the world. Allergy Partners is proud to work in combination with nonprofits that focus on ending the needless death and suffering of those living with asthma, allergies, and related conditions.

Due to an internet outage today, our Kernersville office had to close at 2pm.

Don’t forget to get those school medication forms dropped off. Please allow us 5 business days to complete the forms.

Just a reminder that to complete these forms the patient must have been seen for their annual follow up. Schedule your annual appointment today, if still needed.

Our offices will be closed on Monday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. We will resume regular schedule on Tuesday, July 5th. Have a happy holiday!

Today, 01/03/2022, our North Wilkesboro office will close at 4pm due to the weather conditions.

Beginning Monday, January 3 our Kernersville office will have new hours:
Monday: 9am-4:30pm
Tuesday: 9am-5:30pm
Wednesday: 9am-4:30pm
Thursday: 9am-5:30pm

Our Mount Airy office is currently without power, so we are rescheduling all appointments that are scheduled prior to 1pm due to the estimation we were given. Sorry for any inconvenience.
