Himalayan Hideaway

Many people ask "Is it hot in the Cave?" The answer is a resounding "NO!!" We keep the Cave at a moderate temperature between about 69-72 degrees. And, of course when you relax and your body temperature drops, you may get chilly so we also provide blankets so you can cozy up under the stars. So, if this extreme heat is too much for you, get to the Cave this weekend and cool off while doing something great for your body!!

Wow! What a phenomenal sound bath we had at the cave with Christian Lannie today! His metal bowls were made in Nepal and he said it was a treat to play below the Himalayan mountains. The sound was immersive, powerful and beautiful. We’ll be doing it again! 💥
