I started my watch at the beginning of my 530 am power up class. Last client off the floor at noon. It is suprising how many calories you burn through your day. Are you getting enough calories through your day?

Adding to your protein sources keeps things from being blah. These are Elk Chops. They really are delicious. No gamey taste. Elk Chops are 31 Cal per oz. Compare that to Sirloin steak at 65 cal per oz. Give it a try
After training meals have to make sense. They should have a purpose. Am I trying to add muscle? Am I trying to get leaner? If you are not practicing this, give it a try. You will be suprised with the results.
If you struggled the weekend and made some bad choices get right back to your plan. We all fail. Just don't quit!
