Seven Hills NeuroCare (SHNC) supports children and adults with brain injuries, in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, to see the possibilities, believe in their abilities and achieve their dreams.
Seven Hills NeuroCare Area Director Sue McClurken rallied her team this holiday season, coordinating the efforts and generosity of her fellow coworkers, and the people they support to give back to those in need. In true Seven Hills Holiday fashion, Sue and her crackerjack team assembled the donated goods and then distributed them to both veterans and formerly homeless individuals. This was a cause special to those supported by Seven Hills NeuroCare. Many people supported by SHNC are veterans and/or have experienced homelessness. Fantastic teamwork Sue and SHNC!

Wishing you all a happy Thanksgiving, full of gratitude.
Thanksgiving is a beautiful holiday that transcends our American holiday traditions. Indeed, gathering with family and friends to enjoy a traditional turkey dinner is a highlight. But the very name of the holiday – Thanksgiving – resonates because the very act of giving thanks is so vital to our health.
Gratitude is essential for our mental health and well-being. During good times, it’s easy to be grateful. When times are
tough, that’s when gratitude, and the practice of giving thanks, can help us and those around us the most. Having a grateful perspective on life during times of stress makes us resilient. Being grateful has the power to heal and to bring hope.
Wishing you a very Happy Thanksgiving, full of gratitude.
