The City of Worcester is seeking a Chief Equity Officer. This is an Executive Cabinet level position and will report directly to the City Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic candidate who will build and lead the City's Executive Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (EODEI), which includes the Divisions of Human Rights, Investigations, and Training and Development. The Chief Equity Officer will work intimately with executive leaders and department heads to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility as core values and creates, implements, and monitors programs designed to ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees and the community.
