Meet Chonlada, a senior in Computer Science and B.S. IMGD, is making waves at WPI and beyond and our next Goat of the Week! Not only are they a record-breaking swimmer on the Varsity team (holding titles in the 200 free individual and 400 free relay), but Chonlada's talents extend far beyond the pool.
Chonlada's a true innovator: they recently published their very own game, "Uh Oh, AI!", on the app store through MassDiGI's Summer Innovation Program. This isn't just a personal achievement – it shows Chonlada's passion for creating and sharing their work with the world.
Beyond the technical sphere, this is a dedicated artist who actively participates in the Art Club, showcasing and selling their work at art fairs. Their creativity doesn't stop there – Chonlada also uses their platform to advocate for the LGBTQ+ community as part of the Q***r Student Union.
But Chonlada's impact doesn't stop at WPI: they recently mentored a group of students from the United Arab Emirates, helping them develop their own game throughout the summer. This dedication to sharing knowledge and fostering a global learning environment speaks volumes about Chonlada's character.
Combining athletic prowess, artistic talent, and a passion for innovation and community empowerment, Chonlada DiMascolo truly embodies the spirit of a WPI Goat!
