Yet, some have the ability to part the curtains of reality and see the big picture. In that moment you can see your own faults. We're all just fallible human beings... I'm right, they're wrong! In the end it's all a wash! We all should have way more grace than we think we deserve.

This is for my personal record, but there may be a few of you that give a crap. I have started a healthier me journey in more than one way. This is to record the viewable changes. The first couple of pictures are before leaving Yakima, where I was in a pit of depression, anxiety, PTSD and unhealthy living. It's not Yakima's fault, it just happen to be the location I was in. Since then I have made several changes in diet, exercise and lifestyle. About four months ago, I started feeling a lot healthier. Eating better and taking care of myself. The last three photos are after moving back to the Las Vegas area and beginning my trek to a healthier me; physically, mentally and spiritually. Sorry you have to bear witness.😁
