Such a synergetic bunch led by the gracious Mentor/Mother/Big Sister, Sisanda Thandile Tsholoba.

Last Friday, we held the final session for the young men at Homestead in Observatory.

Good job sticking with the program as you unearthed what your role as the Youth in society should be.

Our Cape Town team had a reflective session to share on their experiences and debrief with Notopia Asanda Kaka.

This process was also useful to decompress from a season of emotionally taxing facilitation of Ukulungisa Ubuntu GBV Awareness sessions. Always look out for your strong friends

This highly energetic and vocal group of participants had their award ceremony recently.

Congrats to everyone for the extreme patience and commitment to the process. We cannot thank you enough for the dedication you displayed to making our community and social structure safer and more tolerant.

A vibrant final session with an arts & culture dance group in the Inkanini settlement, in Khayelitsha. It was one of the ceremonies held over the holiday period.

There is strength in recognising that, though societally/culturally instilled, our views on GBV and Violence in general can and should be changed.

More teams are better than one.

Our teams combined forces while facilitating Ukulungisa Ubuntu sessions at the July Holiday program. Attended by some 300 participants at Isiphiwo Primary School in Harare, Khayelitsha; it was our biggest assembly of attendees yet.

This took a great deal of dedication and love to ensure that participants got the most out of each session.

Great thanks to all, including the teachers, the learners, and MTV Peer Educators for making this happen.

During our absence, out MTV SHUGA teams have been making waves.

This was a inspirational event where participants made all efforts to ensure they would be part of the change in the quest to Mend Humanity.

Did you miss us? Here's a quick catch-up.

A little over a week ago, we were teated to some of the most wholesome youths form Chuma Primary school, when they had their Final session with the MTV SHUGA facilitators.

Accompanied by some parents and their local councillor, this is how it looked as they got their Certificates.

This month starts what we can only call a Ceremony Craze.

So naturally, we feel very stressed out but in a good way.

Our MTV SHUGA peer educators and their session participants have made a great effort to stay committed to the process yokuLungisa Ubuntu, to start mending humanity one session at a time.

Congratulations to all who will be awarded their certificates.

Here are some celebrations from the last ceremony at Indawo yobomi.

Today was a good day.

So good, in fact, we made a point of celebrating with our first cohort at their Final session in Makhaza, Khayelitsha.

We rounded off their four weeks of intense, emotional and sometimes down right jovial sharing with some cupcakes, cookies and certificates.
