We are privileged to have Claire Vintiner give time to nni. Claire is a Geographer by background and says, "I have an innate curiosity for the world and its people. This curiosity has driven me to explore and understand the diverse landscapes of human experience. In 2021 I founded Fresh Futures, motivated by the belief that diverse perspectives and relationships are crucial for developing impactful solutions to the complex challenges we face. I am based just outside Cambridge in the UK. Come rain or shine, I’m often found walking in the local fields and woodlands with my exuberant dog, Finn."

Theoretically underpinned, empirically proven, systems intelligent .

The nniMethodology was developed and tested between 2010-2012. At the time many theories and practices were interrogated, and the following were dissected to incorporate their best bits in a tool that would be truly accessible and adaptable for any context and reality. Some of these included: Social constructivism, Phenomenology, Feminist theory, Process Oriented Psychology, Scenario Planning, Systems Coaching, Co-active Coaching, Civic Engagement, Open Space Technology, Non-Violent Communication, Theory-U, Family Constellations, Neuropsychology, Systems Theory, Classical and Quantum Physics. Many of these theories echo ancient mechanisms and wisdom (Shamanism, Archetypal work, African knowledge system) that were translated to scientific perspectives.

Since 2012, we have continued to research and develop our methodology, expanding our reach and applicability beyond organisational transformation, social healing and active citizenship, towards democratic innovation and economic reform. Through constant feedback and evaluation, we adapt and grow the methodology as the world changes with us.
