Cool down with our delicious home made iced teas! You can choose to have it with a shot of wild rooibos espresso or wild rooibos chai, for a bit of spice poured over iced strawberry, lemon & vanilla OR iced apple, celery, ginger & lemon, and sweetened with some raw honey!

Salad Season 💚

Our customers often ask, “I was here last week and we had the best salad, what was it?”

Scratching our heads we ask in return, “Which day were you here?” … and so we try to narrow it down…

Salads are our speciality (usually vegan and gluten-free). Each day they are different, made with fresh seasonal veggies and to-die-for dressings made with extra virgin olive oil & Mary Ann’s famous veggie stock.

The ‘Naughty Hot Chocolate’! 🤎

This yummy vegan hot drink truly hits the chocolate spot and leaves you feeling very happy!

The dark chocolate pod is specially made for Spirit Café by Thank Goodness, and it has the finest ingredients which include cacao mass, cacao butter, coconut oil, cacao powder, and a little organic unrefined sugar.

Pictured with the ‘Naughty Hot Chocolate’ is one of Thank Goodness’s latest creations - the Pecan pie Bar (vegan & gluten-free).

Our selection of delicious smoothies are all filled with wholesome ingredients to nourish your body in different ways! All are gluten-free and vegan except for the Cleanser & Wild Child which have some raw honey.

We have some amazingly delicious soups & curries that are available daily during winter as our Hot Pot buffet offering! These are all vegan, gluten-free and made with only the best ingredients (we cook with coconut oil, cold pressed olive oil and Mary Ann’s veggie stock).

The Hot Pot is also available as frozen meals to stock your freezer when you do not feel like venturing out into cold wet weather!

Spirit Café is a Bluzone in which we are using one of the Blushield devices that offers the effects of Forest Bathing when you visit the café.
