On Tuesday, our Rotaract team embarked on a heartwarming mission to distribute sanitary pads to a local school in Imizamo Yethu. Witnessing the smiles and joy that lit up the faces of these young girls was truly beautiful.
Our purpose with this drive goes beyond providing a basic necessity; it's about supporting these girls on a monthly basis, ensuring they can confidently pursue their education without any hindrance. It's moments like these that remind us of the positive impact we can make in our community.
Our Rotaract members truly enjoyed every moment of helping out and making a meaningful difference in Hout Bay. 🙌💙
What truly warmed our hearts was the enthusiasm and appreciation from the community. The Hout Bay residents embraced the Health Day with open arms. Showing that acts of kindness can indeed make a big difference.
Let’s keep this spirit alive! 🌍💫 Together, we’re making Hout Bay healthier and happier. Thank you to the Rotary Club of Hout Bayfor all the work involved and Shawco for making this a reality for our community.

Today, as we commemorate Mandela Day, we embrace the spirit of compassion and unity that Nelson Mandela embodied throughout his remarkable life. It is a day that reminds us of the power of small actions and the tremendous impact. In that spirit, we gathered together to celebrate this special occasion with the elderly, sharing love, laughter, and support.
The highlight of our day was the distribution of warm, cozy blankets and delicious sandwiches to the elderly. The smiles that spread across their faces as they wrapped themselves in the blankets and enjoyed the nourishing sandwiches were a testament to the impact of our collective efforts.
With the generous support from our parent clubRotary Club of Hout Bay, Family, and Friends we were able to organize a heartwarming event dedicated to honoring the elderly members of our community. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our sponsors across Hout Bay and beyond for their unwavering support in making a positive difference in the lives of those in need.
