This time featuring our collaborative design showroom in de Waterkant which to be honest, we totally and intentionally blew the budget on. Our fit-out took twice as long, cost twice as much but in the end, the final product was worth every extra cent and minute spent. The outcome, a space conceived and created by the design industry to inspire and simplify the way we collectively create spaces.

JOIN OUR TEAM// As we grow into a new season, so too is our team.

We are looking for talented and experienced interior designers, strong administrators to support our design and procurement teams, and outgoing showroom front-of-house/receptionists to welcome guests.

All applicants must:

- Display a natural warmth and ability to connect with people.

- Possess strong verbal and written skills and demonstrate a passion for design, architecture, and the build process.

- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a designer and administrative support position or front-of-house/reception role.

Preference will be given to those who have:

- Experience working with architectural products and interior finishes/selections.

- A good understanding of project management and the build process.

- Previous showroom experience.

**At The Sourcing Lab, we are passionate about creating an environment that reflects all the beautiful cultures of our country, and therefore, extra preference will be given to those applicants who bring this diversity to our team.

PLEASE NOTE: These positions will be full-time showroom-based positions. Showroom in Cape Town CBD.
