Luxurious and comfortable rooms with king size beds and crisp 100% cotton linens and towels. All rooms have plasma screens, satellite TV, AC/Heating, ensuite bathrooms, tea/coffee, electronic safe and desk. We have a swimming pool and large roof deck with amazing panoramic views over the city and Table Mountain. The building is a historic, graded and listed monument.

Old and new meet in perfect harmony at The Three Boutique Hotel: this beautiful National Monument building has been converted into a stylish, elegant and affordable 18-bedroom boutique hotel in the leafy suburb of Oranjezicht, at the heart of Cape Town. Three Boutique Hotel is a historic, graded and listed building. It was completely renovated in 2010 to the highest standard, carefully respecting and preserving its rich heritage and history. It is set within a picturesque courtyard with secure off-street parking. Convenient to the city, this beautiful boutique hotel is “4 star” graded and has been awarded AA “Superior Accommodation” status.
