Podium training in Portugal done! Good luck to team SA's rhythmic gymnasts who will be competing at the 31st International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament in Portimão, Portulgal from the 4th - 6th May 2024.

And they are off….. Zara Roodt will be competing at the Portimao International followed by the Portimao World Challenge Cup in Portugal. She will be joined by Willow Eberle who has recently emigrated to the UK and has been training with Fylde Coast RGA. Both girls are accompanied by coach Kayleigh Slaughter. Good luck to our girls as well as other SA team members who will be participating in the international tournament.

The KZN GL Course is underway at Pinetown Gymnastics Club.

This group might be small in number, but make up for it with their enthusiasm and positive energy, despite the 42 degree heat today.
