Gratitude

Words are probably one of the most powerful tools we have in our spiritual tool box. Yet so many of us much of the time use them in the most unconscious of ways.

We might moan and complain about our lives, or we tend to speak badly about others and even put ourselves down unknowingly in self criticism.

As we know the expression "The pen is mightier than the sword" and one of The Four Agreements states "Always be impeccable with your Word", let us always remember to engage our minds and our awareness as we open and close our mouths and listen to the sounds that fall from our lips 😂

As I am doing and loving Deepak Chopras 21-Day Abundance Challenge, it got me thinking about how, as we see, think and speak with a great-full/grateful heart, we begin to experience more of the good things in life that bring more feelings of gratitude... And so the energy or attitude of gratitude grows and therefore the feeling and reality of Abundance too.

Today think of all the ways you can express gratitude by acknowledging the ordinary and mundane things in your daily life in thankfulness and joy
