In Exodus 14:14, God instructs the Israelites to remain still while He fights for them, demonstrating trust and surrender to God's Will. To align with God's will, we must seek the true meaning of His Word. The Scriptures testify that the Word of God, is infact a living entity—the person of Christ.

The good news is that Jesus Christ already destroyed the enemy once for all, making our fight defensive rather than offensive. He wants to use us to fight what's fighting us and has equipped us to defend the victory we have in Christ.

Let us then let go of self-reliance and allow God to take control, allowing Him to fight battles with us, which will ultimately cultivate our souls.

The Pattern of Greatness:

Adam and Eve, in the garden of Eden, were told by the serpent that by eating what was forbidden they would elevate and become (Genesis 3:5). Do we really establish ourselves in greatness in an instant? We all desire greatness yet few of us are willing to subject ourselves to the pattern that leads to it.

"Follow Me, and I will make you…", shows us practically that walking with Jesus Christ promotes man into a life of impact! By following Jesus Christ we subscribe to the pattern of Greatness He exemplifies (Matthew 4:19)! Since a pattern of greatness produces fruit of the same kind, we inevitably embrace the same outcome by beholding Him.

As we set foot forward into our calling, God plants us in His church and provides guidance through leaders He appoints for us -these are His servants who have walked before us- that we may follow in their pattern, imitating their faith, just as they imitate Jesus Christ’s with us (Hebrews 6:12).

God cannot do what you want to do for yourself, He can only do with what you surrender to Him.

This is not a message for the world, when the world lets go, nothing happens.
It's for those who are taken care of, watched over by the Good Shepherd Jesus Christ ❤️

LET GO & LET GOD🦋✨

Among all the blessings we receive as believers, Jesus Christ highly values giving us His rest. He wants us to dwell in His rest as we stay connected with Him. This rest is precious and worth pursuing, but entering it might require a conscious effort.

VISION MONDAY 2024🥰🤩

Welcome to our year of Rest and Acceleration! It's an opportunity to witness God's faithfulness as promises that have labored for many years come to pass swiftly. It might seem contradictory, but through faith and revelation, we can grasp the simultaneous concepts of rest and acceleration.
Even though it's beyond our understanding, we can rely on the ways of God, as the master of time and space, who, like turning water into wine, can bring about instant transformations.

Come Out Of Hiding
Monday, November 13, 2023
Pastor Elie Hamuli

God has given each of us a unique ability to serve in His Kingdom and be a light in the world through Jesus Christ's testimony. According to Matthew 5:14, we shouldn't hide our light in worldly distractions, trying to make a name for ourselves outside of Christ. Instead, Jesus encourages us to use our light within His Church where it can shine brightly.

Matthew 5:14 tells us it's God's will for us to let our light shine, but to do that, we need to come out of hiding. This means stepping out of places that offer a false sense of security and prevent us from using the gifts God gave us, as mentioned in Revelation 12:11. The first and most crucial step is receiving salvation in Jesus Christ to position ourselves to shine.

Be Out And About: Arise In Your Calling (Part 2)
23 October 2023
Pastor Elie Hamuli
Diving deeper into our series on "Being Out and About for Jesus Christ," let's explore the journey of arising in our calling. Last week, we discussed how God has set you apart and covered you with His righteousness, empowering you for the noble calling before you. Your disciplined life showcases God's grace in holiness.

Arising in your calling has various aspects that should ignite your enthusiasm. Firstly, you are called to make Jesus known to the world. Like Moses who led the Israelites, Jonah who preached repentance, and Daniel who displayed godly wisdom as a government official, you are an heir of this glorious calling to share the Gospel by sharing your testimony...

Be Out And About: Arise In Your Calling (Part 1)
16 October 2023
Pastor Elie Hamuli

Understanding the nuances of God's calling and its impact on our lives is an enlightening journey that empowers us to embrace our calling. While we each possess unique attributes and flaws, God's call is intentional, tailored to our distinct qualities. God's knowledge of those He calls demonstrates His approval of the unique assignment He has prepared. This is crucial for bearing witness to Christ's presence, allowing our light to shine, guiding others to Him. The stories of Jonah and Job provide profound insights into what it means to embrace our divine calling.

In the opening verse of the book of Jonah, we find a precise description of who he is. This underscores that God's callings are never arbitrary; He knows precisely whom He calls. God, in His infinite wisdom, considers every strength and weakness when making His selection. Just as God's meticulous design is evident in creation and humanity, He's also aware of every detail in the assignment He has entrusted to you. This knowledge carries significant implications.

Firstly, being known by God is a testament to His approval of you as His chosen instrument. He will not select someone He does not know. In fact, God knows you better than you know yourself, and if He has chosen you, it's because He has wholeheartedly approved of you (as seen in the story of Moses in Exodus 3 & 4). Secondly, this knowledge enables Him to appoint you for a specific task, making use of your weaknesses for a divine purpose. Therefore, do not underestimate yourself or doubt your ability to fulfill what God has called you to do. He's considered every aspect of your being, knowing that even your weaknesses will serve a purpose in your assignment (see Jeremiah 1:4-5).

Be Out And About: Positioned For Provision
09 October 2023
Minister Meschack Mulenda

The notion of "provision" is central to the Kingdom of God. When it comes to God’s provision, it is not about what we do but about where we stand. Our right standing in God guarantees His provision more than our skills or hard work can achieve. In other words, our position in God’s Will comes before our efforts when it comes to our provision in the Kingdom of God.

When we align ourselves with God’s perfect Will for us in a season, we position ourselves to receive His provision. With that said, there is no provision without alignment in our position. A lack of position will manifest as a rush to pursue many avenues in order to find provision in many pursuits, which is hardly what God wants for us. However, when we stay in a God-inspired position that meets the requirements of our needs, we benefit from a clear direction that adjusts our posture.

Braam Family

Braam Family started in 2009 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
A move of young, dynamic and passionate people from different churches, backgrounds, nationalities, studying at different universities, working in different professional fields, married and singles, coming together in fellowship and as a great army in the name of Jesus Christ (our Lord and Savior) to spread the kingdom of God to every corner of the world through inter-connections and outreaching.
Initially it was called “Braam Cell” until its bond evolved to becoming a warm family which welcomes and makes people speak the language of the heart of God; which separates
people from the love of the world that worships material things and exalts self-interests; that they may come to worship Jesus with true hearts in harmony.
For even if you speak the language of men or of angels, but if you do not have LOVE, you would be nothing more than a noisy gong and a clanging cymbal…
