3 SIMPLE STEPS…to soft smooth feet✌🏼

A good friend of mine shared her foot scrub recipe with me that seems to be doing the job, I'm happy to share it with you as well

Step 1 - Plan your oils
5 drops Copaiba Essential oil
5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
5 drops PanAway Essential oil
1 cup of sugar or Epsom salt (I like Epsom salt for the extra benefit of magnesium it contains)
1/2 cup of coconut oil - the one you can cook with OR V6 carrier oil which is a combo of 6 great carrier oils

Step 2 - Mix your oils
Mix them all together and VOILA
