Did a whole lot of baking on Monday morning, this will fuel the tribe for the week.

Blueberry tea loaf, banana loaf, apple crumble muffins and some gluten free oats clusters.

I suggest you try the Blueberry thingy, gonna upload a recipe later today.

Monday lunchbox prep

Chocolate chip pancakes, grapes, popcorn and a bottle of water.

Pancake Recipe:

2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbs melted butter
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup Chocolate chips(I got mine from Health Emporium 😋)

Mix them up in the order they are in☝🏾. Batter doesn't have to be smooth, just well mixed in.

Fry up in a litely buttered pan at medium heat 😋

This chickpea curry is an absolute winner, definitely going on the meatless menu

It's fasting week so my menu is completely vegetable only
