The purpose of personal counselling is to guide you through a process of self-discovery and change in order for you to live a life that is happy and successful.

I am registered with the Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners (ASCHP) as a Specialist Wellness Counsellor.
I provide counselling to individuals seeking help with difficulties in relationships, stress, anxiety, depression and trauma.
My approach is holistic, which means that I focus on the client as a whole person, not just their mental health needs. I take into account the client's physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing to provide the support needed.
