Հրայր Պարսումեանը Ռիսկի մասնագետների համաշխարհային ասոցիացիայի կողմից Վկայագրված ֆինանսական ռիսկերի կառավարիչ է (FRM) , Լիբանանի Սեն Ժոզեֆ համալսարանի տնտեսագիտության մագիստրոս։

Այժմ նա Երևանի պետական ​​բժշկական համալսարանի Բիզնես վարչարարության մագիստրոսական ծրագրի ֆինանսական կառավարման դասախոս է, Միջազգային առևտրային պալատի հայաստանյան ազգային կոմիտեի Ձեռներեցության և ՓՄՁ-ների կոմիտեի փոխ նախագահ։

«Վերելք»-ի մասնակիցների համար կազմակերպվել է «Առաջնորդության հատկություններ և տեսակներ» թեմայով թրեյնինգ, որը վարել է Optimize Consulting խորհրդատվական ընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն Հրայր Պարսումեանը։

Թրեյնինգի ընթացքում մասնակիցները սովորել են, թե ինչ է առաջնորդությունը, որոնք են լավ առաջնորդության հմտությունները, ծանոթացել առաջնորդի որակներին և առաջնորդության տեսակներին։

Թրեյնինգի ընթացքում կազմակերպվել են խմբային աշխատանքներ, քուիզ խաղ, որի հաղթողը «Վերելք»-ի կողմից արժանացել է նվերի։

We are looking for:

1️⃣ An Executive Assistant with a:

📍Bachelor’s degree, preferably a fresh graduate
📍Fluency in Armenian and English (Russian is a plus)
📍Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills
📍Ability to pay attention to details
📍Interpersonal skills

The Executive Assistant's job duties include:

📍Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
📍Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
📍Organize and prepare for meetings
📍Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
📍Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
📍Coordinate travel arrangements
📍Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
📍Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
📍Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

2️⃣ A Junior Consultant with a:

📍a Bachelor’s degree, with a major in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field with up to two years of experience
📍Fluency in Armenian and English (Russian is a plus)
📍Advanced Microsoft Office literacy (Excel is critical)
📍Having strong problem solving, research, time management, organization and collaboration skills

The junior consultant's job duties include:

📍Creating proposals for new clients based on their needs and goals
📍Conducting research to gather data about a client’s industry, competitors, etc.
📍Preparing presentations, forecasts, reports, business plans, financial models, etc.
📍Coordinating with other consultants to execute projects on time and within budget
