I was told from a very professional influencer that you have to suck in your cheeks to look good on Fotos😂 successful ?🤪 I usually think Marmelade instead of Konfitüre 😁 double chin and wrinkles, what the hack☺️ as long as my husband loves me❤️

Alexey is one of the best yoga teachers that I know. I remember when I first met him during my education. He was so young but wise beyond his years. He is still young 😉 but even wiser because he is not afraid of showing imperfection.

The Buddha said that home is inside us, that there is a peaceful island within that we can go back to with mindful breathing or mindful walking. You can visualize a beautiful island, with trees, clear streams of water, birds, sunshine, and fresh air.
One breath, one step is all we need to feel at home and comfortable in the here and now. When we come back to ourselves like this and take refuge in our inner island, we become a home for ourselves and a refuge for others at the same time.

After a wonderful retreat at and batteries fully charged I look forward to our opening yoga classes tomorrow:-) God morgon Yoga at and two Monday outdoor classes in the evening. Let’s enjoy the warm weather and practice outside:-)
