BLUEBERRY ICE-CREAM 🫐
This 30 second ice-cream is probably FAVOURITE vegan food ever!! I literally eat it every day, often with different fruits 😋
It's RAW, sugar and oil free. All natural.
This is made from 2 parts, pre sliced frozen banana, 1 part frozen blueberries and enough plant milk to just get a spin going (usually about 1 inch in blender).
Make sure you spin for a FULL 30 seconds for creaminess.
You can top with chocolate, nuts, seeds, coconut, granola. The choices are limitless.
Kids will love it!!

Start your day with a refreshing twist by enjoying these Breakfast Popsicles! Packed with healthy ingredients like Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and granola, these popsicles are a perfect on-the-go breakfast or a delightful snack. Not only are they delicious and nutritious, but they also make breakfast fun and exciting for both kids and adults alike. Beat the heat and boost your morning routine with these colorful, creamy treats!
📝 Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup granola
2 tablespoons honey (optional)
🔪 Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey if using.
Layer the popsicle molds with yogurt, fresh strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, and granola. Alternate layers until the molds are filled.
Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.

Ready to revamp your weeknight meals?
This incredible, hearty and healthy One-Pan Italian Chicken dish is a must-try.
What’s more? This recipe heroes lean chicken breast, naturally low in fat and packed full of flavour.
🍴Ingredients:
2 small chicken breasts (roughly 300g each)
1 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano
1 red onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, diced
400g can cherry tomatoes
400g can crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
400g can white cannellini beans, drained
1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
150g mozzarella
1 cup fresh basil, to serve
🍴Method:
Step 1. Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally. Drizzle half the olive oil over the chicken and then sprinkle over the dried oregano, season with salt and pepper and turn to coat.
Step 2. Heat a large fry pan over moderate heat and add the chicken, cook for two minutes either side or until golden brown, remove from pan and set aside.
Step 3. Add the remaining oil to the pan. Add the onion and garlic and cook to soften. Add the cherry tomatoes, crushed tomatoes and balsamic vinegar and bring to a simmer. Cook for five minutes.
Step 4. Add the cannellini beans and olives and return the chicken to the pan. Cook for a further five minutes, then top with mozzarella. Remove from heat and serve with a generous sprinkle of fresh basil.
