Update on our roadside rescue 🛟🐢
Confirmed she is a female, she has responded exceptionally well with alcumation treatment and is ready to launch into the community pond with her other pals 🐢

Ours love their pond cleans because they all get a good one and one check over and clean 🫧🪥

Fun fact; did you know turtles love to regularly have their shells cleaned with a light soft brush , and they certainly love their attention and pats while doing so ☺️

Roadside rescue
Turtle found near Paralowie, seems to once have been a very loved and looked after pet however it has shown some survival signs lasting up to 6 months worth so he has been on his own adventures for some time now. Glad to have got him in safe care before anymore limbs went missing. Settling in well.

We will work on some name suggestion within the next 48hours with your help 🐢

In the mean time let this pal settle, bathe and have something to eat while he mends for the night ☺️

Are they just beautiful 🥰 Oscar fish do require a large tank / with specific water perimeters💧 while they are known to usually live alone. You can house them with other species if grown up together as babies or introduced well.

An oscar fish has the loyalty and trust of a household dog. They make the great companions from their tank kennels and all come with their own unique personalities.

We can't wait to show you our newest additions 👍🏼 we will keep you posted fishy friends.

Welcome to Cichlidzen, we rehome to house your outgrown and unwanted fish , fish supplies and some Amphibians.

We have in stock 🏷
Up for grabs are roughly 100 baby bristlenose catfish. These little guys are sure to compliment any tank. Being a bottom feeder, Bristlenose Plecos are herbivores, eating mainly algae, so feeding algae or spirulina wafers are best for feeding once or twice daily. Granules, flakes, or bloodworms are also good, while the occasional zucchini slices and blanched romaine lettuce or spinach are good treats. Just make sure to never overfeed.

$5 each, currently 5-8cm long, and don't worry these little guys done grow too massively that it will interpret your tank.
Bristlenose Catfish will grow from 7cm up to 15cm! The size a fish will grow to is largely dependent on the size of the tank and the amount of fish in your aquarium.
