Albury Wodonga Aboriginal Health Service
AWAHS Vision Statement
"We support the Aboriginal community towards a better tomorrow.
Our focus is to work alongside you to create generational health change."
We had a visit from Janice at Share the Dignity today. 🩷 They have donated a number of period products to AWAHS.
Share the Dignity works to make a real, on-the-ground difference to the lives of women, girls and those who menstruate who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, domestic violence or poverty.
They distribute period products to those in need and work to achieve menstrual equity here in Australia.
When someone is doing it tough, the last thing on their mind should be dealing with their period.
If you would like to learn more about how Share the Dignity is changing the lives of women please check out their website.
