We expanded in so many ways !
Moving shops brought a new level of growth and a sense of completion for a long held vision. It takes a lot to run a small business and this expansion has also brought much personal growth offering an opportunity to break through some limiting beliefs 👏🏼👏🏼
Endless gratitude and love to for you endless belief in me and Nourish. I'm so happy we get to do this together - I reckon we make a good team 😉

We'll have sourdough bread from Jason at Tuerong Farm, the shelves will be stocked with all your favourite organic goodness - fresh fruit + veg, groceries and bulk bins filled to the brim (don't forget to bring your containers 😉)

The Nourish Kitchen is about to kick off and we need a foodie with a passion for plant based nutrition and a love of epic flavours.
You'll be working in collaboration with a team of lovely humans, with the seasons and with high vibe produce
We're seeking someone who -
Loves an early morning start ☀️
Has had some kitchen experience and is pretty savvy with working independently.
Is creative and love's saving the veggies no one wants 🙏🏼
May have experience with vegan, vegetarian, Ayurvedic and nutritious cooking (not essential but a lovely bonus)
You love feeding people, it makes you HAPPY 😊
And are available 15-20 hours a week including one day on the weekends.

This was us a week ago! Bringing it all together, moving out of one shop and making another.
I think we did alright 😉
More than alright actually we managed to move an entire shop, coolroom and all without a hitch. Epic 🙌🏼
So many wonderful people made themselves available for this to happen, I'm incredibly grateful to be surrounded by these humans.
Not only did these incredible peeps show up physically but also in the last few months have been an unwavering support when I've gotten wobbly, had serious decision fatigue and traversed all the fears and doubts that come with upleveling 🙏🏼🥰

I have huge love and gratitude to the Nourish team for their belief in this little store and all that we stand for. It wouldn't be the store it is without each of you 🙏🏼🥰 Thank you x

Today is when day and night are in equal balance allowing us the opportunity to feel into the balance and equilibrium this brings to us.
A time of rebirth, moving out of the winter gloom and into the luminous energy of expansion, new growth, joy and abundance ✨✨✨

Hello friends x Here is the soup recipe I promised yesterday in our stories.

I call this transition soup, it’s
so beautifully soothing and nourishing for this change of the seasons and especially good for these times of intense energies when we need lots of extra love and grounding ✨🌕

Quantities are rough so adjust to your liking -

2 finely chop leeks
2-3 potatos peeled and diced
half bunch kale roughly chopped
2 zucchini diced
1/2 small white cabbage roughly chopped
1/2 cup whole farro
olive oil
chicken broth (I use the broth sisters)

sauté leeks with a good splash of olive oil on low heat until translucent
add cabbage
add kale and let wilt a little
add potato
add farro
add stock

let simmer for 15 min
add zucchini and continue to cook for 10-15 min until farro is tender.

It’s that simple!
Serve with chilli flakes for extra oomph.

Silverbeet and swiss chard have been the talk of the town this week!
Looking spectacular and tasting sensational, absolutely full of life force and all the good things our bodies crave at this time of year.

We’ve been making all sorts of deliciousness - torte, filos, spanikopita, sauté it with other greens adding olive oil + garlic with a generous dash of S+P, chilli flakes is a fab addition as well- keep this cold in the fridge and it’s ready to go into pasta, on toast with goats cheese and eggs, into a bowl with quinoa and roast veg - possibilities are endless and it’s a super easy way to add next level nutrition!!

And the stems ypu ask.. we’ll ypu just roughly chop, blanch in salted boiling water for 10minutes, toss with olive oil, S+P and pop on a baking tray, finely grate parmesan over the top and bake for 15mins - makes an awesome side dish or just as a yummy snack 👌🏼

The chilly mornings are have arrived, and so has this delicious warming vanilla and cinnamon porridge - wheat, grain + sugar free & keto friendly 🙌🏼
Super easy to prepare -
just add 1/4 cup liquid to 1/2 porridge mix & simmer until perfect porridge consistency,
I’ve even ditched the simmering all togther and just stirred boiling water through and let sit for 10min 👌🏼
