Good evening friends.
Just thought I’d share a simple tip that has been working well for me lately: waking up at least 2 hours before my first task of the day.
As someone who is often travelling the paths of life with people everyday, this time each morning allows me to adjust, enjoy breakfast, spend time with my wife and dog, and prepare for the day.
If your mornings need a change, try the above for a couple of weeks and let me know what your thought.

This week, we're expecting warmer than average temperatures across parts of Queensland. 🥵
Severe heat can make you feel sick. Heat-related illness can also be dangerous and, in some cases, deadly.
Symptoms you may experience include feeling dizzy, having a headache, nausea, wanting to drink water, or even vomiting. 🤒
Here’s how to keep you and your family safe:
💧 drink 6-8 glasses of water each day
📱 check in on loved ones regularly (especially older adults and pregnant women)
🏃♂️ avoid heavy exercise during the hottest parts of the day (11am - 3pm)
🌬️ keep cool in air conditioning or find a shaded or cool spot to rest
😎 be sun safe (wear a hat, sunglasses, long sleeves and apply sunscreen every two hours).
If you, or someone you know, start feeling unwell due to the heat:
👉 Call 13 HEALTH for medical advice or visit your doctor
👉 In an emergency, call Triple Zero (000) immediately.

Kindness has the power to increase feelings of connection with others, disrupt negative self-talk and boost self-esteem. It can also be contagious! Receiving kindness can brighten a moment or a day with feelings of joy, surprise and care that inspire the spread of more kindness as we pay it forward to others.
Random acts of kindness are a gift we can all give and all deserve. In celebration of International Kindness Day, we're encouraging you to use your own gifts of kindness to bring a smile and spark to someone's day.
From today until the end of November, give a random act of kindness to someone each day.
• Give a compliment
• Make time for someone you've not seen in a while
• Write down three gratitudes at the end of each day
• Tell someone three things you appreciate most about them
• Donate old towels to an animal shelter
