What: Dance, Art, Music, and Meditation Sessions

Ages: 5-12

When: Mondays and Wednesdays during the Christmas school holidays

Times: 9 AM, 10 AM, and 11 AM

Duration: 1-hour sessions

Cost: $20 per session or
$50 for all three sessions

At Mystic studio we offer a safe environment for our young people to decompress whether that is through play, chats, meditation, breathwork or Music we always find a method to assist them with what is alive in that moment.

Unlike traditional therapists, we work with the flow of what the young person is going through at the time. We have also found that sometimes what the parent wants and what the child needs are two completely different things.

The methods we use are simple, tested and effective.

These are just some of the things our young people need help with and that we facilitate. We Celebrate every little part of our beautiful humans.

Sharing “The Not Quite Peter Pan Pantomime”

Our beautiful little Indi Ann will be performing it will be a blast 💥 reach out to grab your tickets there are 4 shows to choose from ⭐️

It might be you will have to come and see for yourself as Jelli Productionz present "The Not-Quite Peter Pan Pantomime". Come for an afternoon or evening of fun, laughter and prizes as the cast take you on a not so magical journey to Neverland, even the big kids will enjoy.

Come watch, as the mischievous Peter and is band of lost kids take on Captain Hook and his party of misfit pirates in a battle royal, right here in our Redland City. Oh and don't forget Tinker-bell who every little girl has always wanted to be. We also better mention Neverbird and the tail to or we will never here the end of it.

💙Addiction Support Group for Parents & Carers💙

If you're a parent, carer, or loved one who has been impacted by a teen's battle with drugs or alcohol, know that you don’t have to carry this weight alone. It’s okay to talk about it, and it’s time we support one another through it.

30 years ago, when my own parents tried to find help, there was nothing available, and sadly, not much has changed since then. But together, we can break this silence and change the stigma around addiction.

Join us for a FREE support group every fortnight on Tuesday at 7 PM. This is a safe, understanding space where you can share, listen, and feel truly heard. Whether you want to talk about what has helped or simply need someone to sit with your pain, we are here for each other.

Let’s come together, support each other, and heal. You don’t have to do this alone. 💙

Holistic Art Classes and Dance & Movement Classes are designed to nurture creativity, self-expression, and physical development in primary school-aged children.

🎨In my Art Classes, children explore various mediums and techniques, fostering imagination and problem-solving skills while boosting confidence through their creations.

💃🕺Meanwhile, my Dance & Movement Classes offer a dynamic way for kids to develop coordination, rhythm, and emotional expression. Both programs emphasize fun, personal growth, and a supportive environment to help young learners thrive.

A bit about me……

As a certified Master Kidz Coach specializing in healing techniques and a qualified Holistic Arts Practitioner, I use a diverse set of tools to support the holistic well-being of young people. Research shows that artistic expression can be profoundly therapeutic, helping individuals explore and process complex emotions.

With a strong background in dance and entertainment, my mission is to teach children of all abilities how to connect with and express their emotions through movement and dance. I am dedicated to creating classes that cater to every child's unique needs in a safe, judgment-free environment.

By blending my expertise with a compassionate approach, I aim to help each child explore their feelings and build confidence through the art or dance, ensuring that every session is an inclusive and empowering experience.

I am excited to support and nurture those who attend my classes, guiding them towards self-discovery and resilience through creative expression.

What a term it has been 🙌
Looking forward to Term 4 and our 1:1 sessions 🙌

As we approach Term 4, I wanted to share some important updates about our Kidz Group. Over the past two years, we have been blessed to run beautiful group sessions that have supported our young people in many ways.

However, as we grow and evolve, so too do the needs of the children we work with.

After careful reflection and observing the incredible progress our kids have made, it has become clear that they are now ready for a more personalised approach.

With this in mind, we will be transitioning from our group model to a more aligned 1:1 support structure. I believe this shift will allow each child to dive deeper into their individual journeys and achieve outcomes tailored to their specific needs.

My heart is deeply aligned with this change, and I have already witnessed some beautiful movement within the children that confirms we are on the right path.

As we move forward, here’s what you can expect:

1:1 Support and Emotional Regulation Sessions: These sessions will continue to be offered by me, ensuring that each child receives the focused attention and care they need. These sessions will be offered Fortnightly on a day that suits everyone and they will be Invoiced as a Term $185 (5 Sessions per Term).

We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition and to supporting your child through these changes. If you have any questions or would like to discuss how these updates may affect your child, please feel free to reach out.

Our Young Ladies in group wanted to do a candle pour yesterday they experimented with mixing fragrances and adding lotus flowers to their wax.

I love how they get their creative on while communicating what they like and don’t like. It’s all in the communication and fine motor skills

Allsports Physiotherapy at Wellington Point have two new services available.
Along with their long stance in the local community they heard your call to fill a gap in the system.

We all know how hard it is to find therapists at the moment for our young ones that have immediate availability.
Paediatric Physiotherapist Sam and Sports and Exercise Psychologist Nathan are both available and have capacity to take on new clients. They have an abundance of experience and are ready to meet you today.
