A successful requires careful planning three to five years from your planned . Understanding your key drivers is key to closing your business value gap. A business value gap is the difference between your current business valuation and what you need or want your business to be at to allow you to achieve sufficient capital for your or your next .

Recently we shared a client success story with Grant Bloxham and Scott Monotti from Bstar where we had implemented our simple 4 step strategic business value growth strategy which led to a successful exit by our client from their business at a valuation that surpassed their original target exit value.

By implementing our strategic valuation growth strategy, our client was able to.

* revenues by more than 2X, and
* Grow (EBIT) by 6X, and
* Grow the value of the company by 10X its starting valuation.

Our client successfully closed its by $17.5 million and realized a further $5 million over their targeted exit valuation.
