Still not sure which came first egg or chicken!
But I thought cracking myths about eggs would be a great start!

Have you heard the following statements, what do you think?

Myths or Truths
1. Eggs are high in cholesterol and can increase the risk of heart disease
2. I don’t need to eat the yolk – it’s better for my health to just eat egg whites.
3. Eggs are high in fat
4. You shouldn’t eat eggs during pregnancy to avoid your baby developing an allergy to them
5. Organic and free-range eggs are better for you than standard eggs
6. Older people and kids shouldn’t eat eggs every day
7. Eating eggs every day is bad for my health
