Good food starts with good produce. Meet the star of the sea and our appetisers menu.

There’s a flourishing kitchen garden on our rooftop which supplies Lobby Bar with seasonal ingredients. Like these plump, sun ripening cherry tomatoes, because in the words of our urban cultivator Ellia Guy, “Happiness is a homegrown tomato.”

Holiday hours of note: on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day, Lobby Bar will open to guests and locals alike from 7:00am till late.

Settle in at the bar, we’re open till late.

Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and essential snacks in between.

Golden puff pastry in the house! House-made sweet and savoury gratification is available daily.

Instant gratification, our Chocolate Fondant with salted caramel sauce, macadamia and miso ice-cream is available from lunch till 9pm.

Big breakfast energy – a herbed omelette with bacon, sautéed mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, parmesan and freshly picked rooftop greens from you guessed it, our rooftop garden.

Lobby, inside or outside we have options to suit every need.

Duck, duck, delicious. A house-made bun with confit duck, pâté, pickled carrot, cucumber, mint, coriander, chilli aioli and sweet soy.

The sun is going down but we are staying up late.

That’s a snack. A seafood snack. Flambé prawns with a glass of rosé.

Coffee’s up, always. We know that coffee time is all the time, so we keep it coming all day.

Say hello to our little friend, the puff pastry muffin. Pastry Chef, Amélie Gunn has challenged us to decline, and we cannot refuse.

Just like today’s date, our wine list is 10/10. Thank our Sommelier, Thibaud Cregut for that.

Our crisp radishes are homegrown in rooftop veggie garden. So too the edible flowers and herbs seen here accessorising the scallop carpaccio.

Today we’re open to all the kings and queens out there from 7am till late.
