Fitin20 is the first and only EMS fitness studio on the Sunshine Coast. Owners are Caloundra locals Thor and Ruby. They got inspired to open the studio as they got passionate about EMS, seeing first hand how it helped their fathers regain muscle, confidence and a pain free existence after recovering from cancer and hip replacements. Both loving our sports, we think EMS is an amazing way to treat injuries or be time efficient in gaining fitness and your desired body shape without giving up your hard earned time off. This leaves time to enjoy life and not be a slave to the gym!
Passionate about what we do, we get so much daily satisfaction in the results we see with EMS. Being able to help with chronic pain and seeing confidence grow in our trainees with their changing body shape, posture, balance and flexibility.
