A question I get asked very frequently...my normal answer is "there is never a good time for cardio" but that is counter-productive. Light cardio can be good for a warm up or active recovery/cool down.
But if you are wanting to train cardio, book it in as it's own training session!

I ran a deadlift workshop for my heavy lifters and it was alot of fun!!! I'm so stoked to have these guys each week giving me 100%, it makes it so much more fun and seeing results is super exciting!
So many influencers and YouTube channels that say all different things on fitness, how to be fit and what fitness even means.

Only the second time trying Sumo and I have so much to learn and practice. But it is fun to change it up. I will be using Sumo as an accessory to my training as my conventional has alot of improvements to make still!
