Geelong Ninjas Mums & Dads, Coach Jase is hosting a 16 Week Core Strength Challenge.

It starts this Monday 26th August.

It is run via a private page and involves 45 different workouts and nutrition tips.

Tri - series comp 1 was held yesterday and didn’t our Ninjas put on a clinic!

The Geelong Ninjas Tri- Series competition is a series of 3 competitions, for our members.

Participants have until this Sunday to enter all 3 events and be eligible for the overall age group awards.

It promises to be a lot of fun!

It was great to have Hamlyn Banks Primary in today for a Ninja Warrior session.

Over 70 kids got to experience the fun of our obstacle facility.

Running up Warped Walls, swinging on sliding Trapeze bars and climbing Cargo Nets was just some of the fun they got up to.

What an awesome idea from the school and well done, for thinking outside the square. 👏

“Replace the screens with monkey bars, walls and balance beams”. 😉 🥷

All the best to our Geelong Ninjas who are currently competing in the UNAA World Champs in the USA.
(We have 6 Ninjas competing).

This includes our 3 young Coaches: Oli, Stevi and Charli.

The Geelong Ninjas Tri-Series Competition includes 3 competitions spread over August, September and October.

It is for Geelong Ninjas members only and the 3 comps are all different.

Comp 1 involves a technical Ninja course.

Comp 2 is a speed course.

Comp 3 is a team based event.

With a limited number of entries available, we suggest booking in early to avoid disappointment.

It’s Sunday 4th August and there are still spots available.

There are competitive waves (for those wanting to push hard) and open waves (for those wanting to have fun).

A big well done to all of the Geelong Ninjas who competed in their first ever competition today 👏

We had 55 new debutants and it was great to see everyone having a crack!

Some awesome Ninja skills were on display on a challenging course, designed by Coach Lachy.

Thanks to all the parents who supported the event and great work to our Competition Team, who delivered another fantastic comp.

Our next competition is the Tri-Series (3 events). Registrations are now open (via the Geelong Ninjas website).

We are hosting a Family Play Session tomorrow, with all proceeds going towards the Geelong Ninjas heading over to represent us at the World Champs, in USA.

The session is from 4.30-5.30pm and both adults and kids aged 6 & above are welcome.

All bookings are via our website.

Our Spartan Race inspired “Beast Mode” session is on this Sunday 7.30-9am.

It will be perfect for adults participating in the Werribee Spartan Race, happening in 2 weeks time.

No need to book.

Just rock up & Coach Jase will put you through the obstacle course styled workout.

Cost is $20.
