On Friday we lost our beautiful Karly π
Over the last 15 years she has been a special part of our gym community as a member, trainer and friend.
Her energy, strength, positivity and motivating nature was infectious and inspired us all every day.
Her bravery and strength showed through her cancer journey and she fought hard until the end, never giving up.
I will be forever grateful that she walked into my little boxing shed all those years ago πππ
