Today is R U OK? Day.
This year’s theme is ‘Ask R U OK? Any Day’, which encourages year-round conversations about mental health to help prevent small things from becoming big things.
At headspace, supporting young people and their families to start conversations about mental health is a big part of what we do. Remember, you don’t need to be an expert to have an R U OK? conversation with a young person in your life. Listening and giving them your time might be just what they need to help them through.

The 2024 National NAIDOC Week Poster titled, ‘Urapun Muy’, has been designed by the incredibly talented Deb Belyea.
‘Urapun Muy’, means ‘One Fire’.
The title of this work pays homage to Torres Strait Islanders and Aboriginal people everywhere, as we all have that one fire: our passion for our culture.
Download your copy today from the NAIDOC website!
Celebrate NAIDOC Week 2024 with us!
This year's theme, "Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud, and Proud," calls us to stand in solidarity and amplify the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
The fire represents the enduring strength and vitality of Indigenous cultures, passed down through generations despite the challenges faced. It symbolises connection to the land, traditions, and each other. By honouring this flame, we ignite pride and unity, preserving and sharing the cultural heritage that enriches our nation.
At headspace, we're committed to listening, learning, and supporting a future where the wisdom and contributions of Indigenous peoples are fully valued and respected.
Join us in celebrating their incredible stories, traditions, and achievements.

The good news is, we've fixed the issue and are working hard to recover any referrals that were affected. Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support! 🙏
