Beautiful forest on Flinders Island 💚

Mt Strezlecki is a rather steep but beautiful walk that gives you stunning views over Flinders Island. The day I climbed was partly in mist and then sunny, the best of both worlds.

The rocks on Flinders Island are so colourful, with a myriad of these lichens covering them. Lichens are quite fascinating, usually consisting of a symbiotic relationship between a fungus and algae. It's certainly worth having a read on how they work!
