It's that time of year again......

So we wanted to gently remind everyone again of the impact that late cancellations and no-shows can have on a small business, and this is not just relevant for our industry!

We get it, and we know that sometimes life just happens, whether it be sickness, work commitments, family commitments, or just a little run of bad luck.

It may seem so small to have to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, but potentially, we have had multiple on that day or over that week which has a huge impact on a business like ours!

All that we that we ask is that you are respectful of our time and I'm asking you personally as a small business owner and employer to really be mindful of how this can effect not just myself but my team and other clients who would love to take the appointment time.

Our cancellation policy is 24-hour notice prior to your appointment, or you will be required to pay 50% of the appointment cost. It is 100% for no-shows (circumstances depending). We always try to fill the spot firstly and we do approach our policy with kindness as we know life can be tough sometimes!

If you do find yourself in a situation where you cannot make your appointment we actually have a pretty cool alternative which is "GIFT YOUR SPACE" where you can offer your appointment time to a family member or friend as an option before cancelling.

Using this initiative means that you will not be charged a cancellation fee and that your loved one can have some RnR with us! Pay it forward and treat them, or they can simply take the spot for you.

Beautiful client progress results by treating rosacea/impaired barrier.

This is such a wonderful example when a client fully commits to the process following homecare and coming in regular for in clinic treatments.

This is roughly 7 months between photos, and now, skin needling will be our next steps to further progress her results!

This image is taken using the cross polarised setting on our machine. This particular setting is great for showing inflammation and vascularity of the skin as it suppresses surface shine for an unobstructed view of dermal structures, vascular conditions, inflammations and pigmentation.

The power of Skin Needling 🤩

This is my beautiful mumma pre - and post skin needling! Images are two weeks apart, and after the image is 7 days post treatment!!!

When talking with my mum recently, she said that she noticed some dramatic changes in her skin, so we decided that it was time to revisit her homecare and really commit to in clinic treatments every 6 weeks *little challenging as she doesn't live in Hobart hehe!

She has always suffered from broken capillaries since she was a teenager and is prone to psoriasis flare-ups, so this will be a main focus for our treatment plan and homecare.

Homecare is predominantly , and we have just implemented an internal EFA supplement, which is one of the most supportive tools for your skin health!
