LES MILLS SHAPES
Bayside Fitness First has been selected as one of 2 pilot clubs in the State to showcase a new and exciting Les Mills Program called Les Mills Shapes.
Shapes is a full body, low impact strength workout inspired by Pilates, Barre and Power Yoga set to modern beats.
You will be able to sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility.
No prior experience required and suitable for all fitness levels.
What you need:
- Yoga Mat
- Sculpt Bands (provided by us)
- Slider Disks (provided by us)
- Light Weight plates (provided by us)
All equipment use is optional throughout the class.
This program is a seasonal program, which means it will only run for a limited time of 12-weeks.
The following classes will be run as Shapes starting Monday 9th of October until December.
Monday 5:30pm
Thursday 9:15am
This is an exciting opportunity to try something new so please come along and try a class.
