Kicks off this Thursday. 545pm meet at for a 6pm start.
👉Non members can attend. Book via mindbody. It’s a free class
👉 style is intervals, not a timed or distance out and back run so a sesh best done with a group.
👉 We easily cater for different abilities and speeds and everyone will finish together, some ppl will do more than others - No one left behind.
👉 Requirement to be able to run unbroken/non stop for 2km.

Hard truth: when you are showing up for yourself in committing to training, you show up in other areas of life too! When you are cancelling, no showing or don’t have a set routine (work schedule, kids etc permitting), you’ll find it’s a pattern across other areas - day off work, sure. Eating well, optional. Plans, frequently cancelled.
We get it, it’s hard building that routine but what you invest now with both money and time, saves you later with both money and health

Don’t like exercise? There’s always the lazy way. Take ozempic, stay slim but f*ck your mental health in the process 🤷♂️ do the work - exercise is so much more than the physical benefits

I couldn’t find the photo of us at Eve night club the Friday night before the AFL (syd v wce) grand final in 2006 - the time we started training together.
The absolute epitome of attitude is everything.
17+ years of 4-6 sessions a week. Zero sick days off work. Works 10hr days, trains (regularly) on a hangover. Never complains, has never been late to training session and his results speak for themselves.

But if you do and that’s how you show up. Great. Do, don’t, no one notices (or cares) in a good way.
Training puts us in a vulnerable state there’s noises, sweat, not ideal faces. Get uncomfortable AF in our non judgmental environment ❤️
