I could bang on all day about how important it is to prioritise your wellbeing (nervous system) as a parent. Our children are in our energy field and rely on co regulating their nervous system with ours. Sometimes that means we need a break to regulate ourselves and sometimes we don’t have a choice in the moment to take a break.

Start prioritising and practicing these tools. Remember it’s great to try and practice these tools when we are feeling calm so we ‘wire in’ our new toolkit for when we are feeling overwhelmed.
