In our Kids and Tweens classes this term we are exploring the stories and meaning behind some of the poses in yoga. Today's Pose is the Majestic Chair Pose or Power Pose as I was taught - this pose embodies confidence, humility and kindness.

In kids yoga we add stories to make our practice more fun and engaging. Todays practice was about a turtle 🐢 who saved a fish 🐠 with the purpose of using turtle pose to give a sense of safety and fish to release through the heart ❤️ kids/tweens classes resume this Wednesday at 4.30pm @ Beaconsfield Neighbourhood House # # # #
