Our gnocchi begins with Nicola potatoes grown in rich red soil by the Spud Sisters. Their family has been producing potatoes for 3 generations. Planting, growing, picking, bagging, transporting, selling and delivering.

Their potatoes provide the perfect creamy mash for our delicious Gnocchi.

Savour in the flavour of our Eggplant Ragu. Slow roasted eggplant with Italian tomatoes and heavily reduced red and white wine, featuring a touch of chilli - this delicious sauce marries beautifully with our Cascatelli.
