Who doesn't love a bowl of hot brodo? It's of one natures best medicines for colds and flu too.
Here's a fun fact: a recent study found Chicken soup may contain a number of substances with beneficial medicinal activity including an anti-inflammatory mechanism that could ease the symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections. Perfect for this time of year.
We serve ours with Cappelletti and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese from (all found in store). How do you serve yours?

Our story
Bon Meats is a family owned and run business.
The founder, Carmelo (Charlie), was born in a small village in Italy, his family were pig farmers. He has been a butcher for 50 years and has a true passion for the trade and always goes above and beyond to help his customers. Charlie's son, Anthony has over 25 years experience in the trade and has a finesse for slicing. And not to be forgotten, Charlie's daughter, Laura has 8 years experience, her customer service is exceptional!
It's obvious to see that butchering runs through our veins, everything is made on premise, including boning out full bodies, making Charlie's traditional sausages and our very popular "secret recipe burgers".
We are a traditional butcher and slice on order to our customers request. We also wholesale to 4 large independent supermarkets.
