Get the most out of your clear aligner treatment with aligner chewies! 🦷

Using aligner chewies is very easy. With your aligners in, simply place the chewie in your mouth between your upper and lower teeth, bite, and hold the bite for 5–10 seconds. You will notice that this biting process will make your clear aligners fit more ‘snug’ to your teeth.

After 3-5 seconds, simply move the chewie to a different position in your mouth, and repeat the process. Continuing this process until you feel as though every tooth has been addressed.
