So many groups are working hard to support people overcome challenging life circumstances. Today I met Isaiah Alier Mashinkok Jr. and Jido Mayor, from African Australian Youth Parliament , which works to build the confidence of young people of African heritage. AAYP also runs a school on weekends to keep young people connected to their traditional language, culture and religion.
