Deep Space is an immersion program for young people aged 18-25 with a focus on making connections, supporting others and fostering self-compassion.

We are living in a time of great anxiety and uncertainty. It is normal to worry about what the future might hold; to feel overwhelmed or frustrated at times. If you are aged 18 to 25 and looking to make meaningful connections, support others and foster self-compassion, Social Health Australia (in partnership with Conversation in Isolation) welcomes you to join us at Deep Space.
Come along to a workshop or two, meet others and get involved in activities designed to bring about meaningful conversations. Deep Space won’t necessarily provide you with all the answers but may help you work out how to support others who are struggling with some big questions. Plus, you’ll get to meet some great new people!
Deep Space will be launching in coming months - we are keen to find out more about what will work for you.
