Today is a bittersweet day for the team at Healthcare on Collins. After 12 years, our head nurse, Mary-Anne is saying goodbye to her working life. Mary-Anne has brought so much to all the people she interacted with at work. Her high work ethic, absolute dedication to her patients, and unquestionable knowledge of her trade have been witnessed by us all on a daily basis.
Thank you, Mary-Anne. Now, it is the time to focus on yourself and enjoy life.

6 months ago we changed our name from Midtown Medical Clinic, the Melbourne Sports Medicine Centre and Medical Specialists on Collins to Healthcare on Collins. Like you, we are getting used to our new name, but please rest assured that this is the only thing we have changed. Our expertise, legendary teamwork and compassion are intact.

Welcome Dr Anita Muñoz as a new Director of Healthcare on Collins.

We are delighted to announce that Dr Anita Muñoz has now joined as a Director of Healthcare on Collins.
Since joining us in 2009, Anita has proved to be one of our most skilled, knowledgeable and popular GPs.
Her outstanding work advocating for General Practice and improved patient care in her role as Victorian Chair of RACGP, in addition to her postgraduate teaching roles and advanced clinical skills will enhance the development and management of Healthcare on Collins.
We are delighted and honoured to welcome her to our management team.

Dr Mark Hyzy from i-Med gave a presentation on imaging case studies to the Health Practitioners at Healthcare on Collins.
We could see Podiatrists, GPs, Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapists in the attendance.

Yesterday, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist Kristen Moore gave a presentation to GPs at Healthcare on Collins. Pelvic health concerns us all.

Another great training session for the Medical administration and reception team. Thank you to nurse Louise for a great presentation on infection control and cold chain procedures.

Today is a bittersweet day for our Healthcare on Collins family. If you’ve ever had a pathology test at our clinic, this smiling face will need no introduction. Sadly, today is John’s last day at Melbourne Pathology! John has always been a favourite of not only patients, but our staff too. He’s always happy to help our practitioners, has a kind and caring nature with patients, a wicked sense of humour and an infectious laugh that’s often heard throughout our clinic! We have been so very fortunate to work with John over the years and wish him all the very best in his retirement. Thank you for everything John!

This is a sad time for the Healthcare on Collins family.
One of our founding physiotherapy partners, Gordon McDonald, suddenly passed away on the 5th of November.
He was loved by us all and treasured by his patients.
We will all miss him greatly and our thoughts are with his wife Naomi and the rest of his family.
