Hannah has her Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates. She is also the founder of

Hannah is deeply passionate about teaching people to move confidently and return to their desired activities, addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal issues with a holistic approach. She works with individuals of all ages and abilities, focussing on helping them to achieve their specific goals.

We are so excited to be expanding our clinical Pilates timetable and look forward to seeing some new faces in the studio.

This change is required so we can continue to provide you and your family with high quality health care whilst also covering the ever increasing costs of running a business. You may have been asked recently if you’d like to register for MyMedicare so we wanted to explain what this means for you.

Registration with MyMedicare is voluntary and free. When you register, we will be notified that you have chosen us as your regular care team.

MyMedicare registered patients will currently have access to greater continuity of care with the goal of improving your health outcomes as well as access to certain longer MBS funded consults. There may be further benefits introduced in the future.

You can register through the Express Plus Medicare Mobile app or through your Medicare Online Account or by filling out a registration form available in the practice.

Please ask your GP for further info at your next consult if you wish.

💫 RED NOSE DAY 💫 Incredible gains have been made to reduce sudden infant deaths since the first Red Nose Day in 1988. Join us in supporting this organisation focused on safe sleep and safer pregnancy advice as well as bereavement support for anyone affected by miscarriage, stillbirth or the death of a baby. 💫 Cancer Council fundraiser 💫
Some of you may know, our lovely psychologist Fiona Pollerd is taking part in the Annual ‘Sh*t Box rally’ to raise much needed funds for the very important foundation, the Cancer Council. The sh*t box rally challenges participants and their cars (worth no more than $1,500) on a 7 day drive across Australia with all funds raised going to cancer research.

Flu vaccines for the 2023 Winter season are now available. Patients over the age of 65, 5 years and under and those with chronic conditions are eligible for government funded vaccines. Yesterday we celebrated a wonderful year at SBMW! Our team have been very busy this year, running marathons and completing triathalons, competing in the Masters Games in Hockey, completing further studies (Nicole is now a registered Nurse Practitioner and Lachie has completed his Masters in physiotherapy), travelling back to the UK to visit family after the pandemic, buying houses, and we welcomed TWO babies into the world!
