1) Sardines on chilli ,saffron rice ,spring onion ,fried shallots and fried onions.

I am really happy with the menu for the event. I am sure we will enjoy and get to raise some funds for WFP and Food bank.
It's a beautiful time of the year where giving back should be our top priority 💯

Trio of meat for this festive season lunch/dinner table spread 💚♥️

1.Pomegranate molasses and honey marinated sticky slow cooked racks of Lamb with Dutch ch carrots and French radishes.

2. Slow cooked Beef chuck with butter thyme roasted seasonal vegetables.

3) Honey soy and chilli jam roasted chicken breast and chicken spare ribs.
