When someone is experiencing heartbreak, it's essential to be sensitive and supportive. Avoiding hurtful or dismissive comments can help them navigate through this difficult time. Here are some things you should avoid saying to someone going through heartbreak:

⚡️ "Just get over it" or "Move on already." Heartbreak takes time to heal, and pressuring them to rush through it can be counterproductive.

⚡️ "You're too sensitive" or "Stop being dramatic." Invalidating their emotions can cause them to withdraw or feel ashamed about their feelings.

⚡️ "It wasn't meant to be" or "Everything happens for a reason." Philosophical platitudes may not provide immediate comfort and can feel dismissive.

⚡️ I know how you feel" if you've never experienced a similar situation. Claiming to understand their emotions completely might not be accurate.

⚡️ Instead of saying potentially hurtful things, offer your support and let them know you're there to listen without judgment. Be empathetic, patient, and allow them to express their emotions freely. Sometimes, just being a compassionate presence can make a significant difference in their healing journey

👉Self-awareness: This involves recognizing and understanding your own emotions, strengths, weaknesses, values, and motivations. Self-awareness allows you to accurately assess your feelings and how they may impact your behavior and decisions.

👉Self-regulation: This refers to the ability to manage and control your emotions, impulses, and reactions. It involves being able to adapt to change, handle stress, and maintain a calm and composed demeanor even in challenging situations.
